Peptide Concentration Calculator

Clear inputs. Visible formulas. A calculation you can follow from beginning to end.

This tool checks arithmetic only. It does not recommend a dose or establish that a substance is suitable for human use. Use the verified final solution volume, not an assumed amount of diluent. Confirm medication calculations with a pharmacist.

Use a documented final volume. Compatibility and preparation are product-specific.
Supply your own verified quantity. No dose is preselected.

IU are substance-specific and cannot be converted here.

A U-100 marking is a volume-scale equivalent, not an International Unit (IU) of a peptide. Results are theoretical and exclude handling losses.

The math behind the result

Concentration (mg/mL) = total mass (mg) ÷ final volume (mL)
Equivalent volume (mL) = target mass (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL)
U-100 scale equivalent = volume (mL) × 100

All values are converted to the same mass unit before division. One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms. The displayed number of complete quantities is rounded down; other outputs show up to six decimal places. Calculated precision does not establish what equipment can measure.

Why is there no recommended target amount?

A suitable dose depends on a specific approved product, indication and patient assessment. A concentration calculator cannot establish any of those facts.

Can I use this for IU or a premixed blend?

No. International Units describe biological activity using a substance-specific standard. For a blend, every ingredient needs its own concentration; a total blend mass is not the mass of each ingredient.

Why can the same quantity produce different volumes?

Changing final volume changes concentration. A more dilute solution requires a larger volume to represent the same mass.
